Karen Atkinson, C.A., is a tax partner in Ernst & Young’s technology, communications and entertainment (TCE) and life sciences group. With more than 15 years of experience of advising private and public companies, her practices focuses on tax matters related to corporate financings, capital structuring and SR&ED tax credits. She has been a tutor with the CICA’s In Depth Tax Course and is an author and speaker on tax issues for the technology and life sciences sectors.
